Lifemark approved home

The Lifemark is the seal of approval for accessible design, adaptable design and Lifetime Design solutions. A Lifemark lets you know that a home has passed a strict, independent review process.  To be awarded a Lifemark the design must demonstrate the home can be used, or adapted for use, by people of all ages and abilities.

Lifemark sets out clear and easy-to-spot design features you can check yourself.  Simple design features such as wider doorways, level entries, adaptable bathrooms and easy to use fixtures and fittings ensure Lifetime Designed houses are accessible, adaptable and workable for everyone.  There are six critical areas with 33 design features to tick off.

Click on the tabs below to discover the subtle ways a Lifemark approved home is special.
