NZHerald.co.nz columnist Maria Slade presented an article over the weekend, which suggests that by 2023 the number of retired baby boomers will vastly exceed the number of children in New Zealand. Adding to that is the large number of young Kiwis taking off overseas, which in ten years means we need to have proven systems in place to reduce the pressure on those working age Kiwis who stay in the country. These systems could include adopting the Lifemark™ in every new home build starting now… among other things.
